SpaceClaim® and COMSOL Multiphysics Brought Together via LiveLink™

Getting the most out of your multiphysics simulation sometimes calls for the interfacing of other tools. In those cases there are the LiveLinks™. With these add-on packages, you can connect COMSOL Multiphysics with one of several different interface products for the ultimate multiphysics modeling experience.

One such product is SpaceClaim®. Here you can create 3D geometries in SpaceClaim® and then import them into COMSOL. The two are bidirectionally connected so that changes in geometry settings are synchronized and other settings, such as physics settings, remain intact. For the first time ever, we are holding a workshop on “COMSOL Multiphysics LiveLink™ for SpaceClaim®” in Burlington, MA on March 30th. COMSOL expert Srikanth Vaidianathan will give an introduction to COMSOL Multiphysics as well as a live demo. Roman Walsh, Applications Manager at SpaceClaim Corp., will then discuss the SpaceClaim® interface, and finally the two speakers will show attendees how COMSOL Multiphysics and SpaceClaim® fit together.
