state space calculation

Has anyone tried to calculate a solution using extracted state space matrices? I've extracted state space matrices from comsol and then tried to verify the comsol solution in matlab but it doesn't match. Any help is appreciated.

I am looking to export state space matrices from COMSOL. May I know how did you do it? I am trying to export within COMSOL GUI (under Study1->Solver-> Other-> State-Space. However, at this point it asks to select the matrices we want and enter an expression. I have selected all the matrices (MA, MB, C and D) but I am not sure what should I type in the expression text box. If you could provide some insight into that, it will be great.
