Convergence problem using k-epsilon model

Hi,

i'm trying to simulate the flow distribuction of the stell in a continuous casting process. In this simulation the mesh has been imported from NX 7.5. In the model i'd like to conseider the gravity effect. The flow is turbulent and i use k-epsilon model. when i try to compute my model the solver doesn't reach a convergence point. Can anyone help me please? I'm not if there are particolar solvers for this kind of analisys and if the boundary conditions for the gravity affect are set up correctly
