how to import variable value into a 3D model

i have done the modelling of a 3D model using a general form pde with variable u1 . Now i externally want to give values to this variable u1, so that my output change. Is it possible to do so?? I know after solving my model i will get some values in u1 but i want the output to be according to my wish.. is it possible.

also this external values of u1 is in excel sheet...i want to import these values to the model..please help
