point source for aquifer tracer test

i am trying to solve subsurface flow using pde general form model.
i have point source of fluorometric tracer which is inserting solute with constant concentration inside the domain.
the source shouldnt be affected by the domain flow, meaning if the flux in the domain is higer or lower the concentration flux insereted by the point source need to remain the same.
