Eigenfrequencies of a piezotransformer

Hello,

Attached here is my model for a rectangular piezo transformer.

The eigenfrequency analysis gives me first 6 values, but they all happen to be very close to each other. I don't see the vibration modes of the piezo that coincide with the eigenfrequencies which should be multiples of the base eigenfrequency.

Can anyone throw some light?
