Mapping mesh Division

Dear COMSOL co-users, My model is a circle inside a square, and I want to make the wall of the circle more dense. The minimum mesh size near the surface of the circle is 10 to the minus 10 meters, and then increase by 3% away from the surface of the circle. The solution area is inside a square (excluding the inside of a circle), and the total number of meshes required is 600000. But when I partition the mesh, if I don't select the interior of the circle, I will report an error. (As shown in Figure 3)

Figures 1 and 2 show the situation I set up, where the interior of the circle was divided into meshes (as shown in Figures 1 and 2). However, considering that this division method may cause deviation in the solution results, how can we avoid dividing the interior of the circle into mesh?
