initial parameter problem

Hi,
I try to assembly three 2-D models in comsol. When I extruse one of the boundary value in a 2-D domain toward to another boundary of 2-D domain as boundary value. In the stationary slover condition, COMSOL does not work and give the following information:

Error:
Failed to find a solution for the initial parameter:
The relative error (0.00037) is greater than the relative tolerance.
Returned solution has not converged.

How can I do in the next ? thanks a lot !

Same problem here with the AC/DC electric currents 3D app. mode. I am using the paradiso solver through matlab (comsol 3.5a). If I would be using comsol multiphysics directly, I would try changing the relative tolerance on the nonlinear settings within the stationary solver settings. What is the string necessary to change this property through scripting?

Thanks
