It is possible to solve Boltzmann or Vlasov equation in 2D or 3D?

Result of modeling must be electron energy density function (EEDF) on 2D or 3D dimension

I dont think so.
the reason is that for these equations the phase space is twice the physical dimentsion + times and comsol is only 3d + times.
The Only case that could be treated with comsol pde mode is the 1d problem but it is of limited practical application.
