Issue with FNL Installation

Hello,
I am having issues installing Comsol Multiphysics with a FNL given by my University. I have already tried following step by step the video installation guide "Installing Comsol Multiphysics with a FNL", but with no success. My problem is that when I access my Comsol Account, it takes me to a different page than the one in the video. Instead of showing me the button "Download Online Installer" as in the video, it shows me "Trail Passcode" or "My Licences" even if I am correctly connected with the VPN to the same network of the licence. It seems as if the comsol website is not "seeing" that I am already connected to the same network of the FNL. Unfortunately my University is not willing to send me the licence file as they say that it is not necessary because the website should recognize that I am connected via VPN to the same network of the lincence.
How can I solve this issue?
