coupled pnp_ns eqn

I am a beginner of comsol multiphysics and trying to solve coupled pnp_ns eqn to check the flow
pattern and charge distribution in a cylindrical microchannel. I am using non dimensional form of
equations and a surface charge of 1(non dim. value).The plot of potential/radius is showing significant
amount of potential at center line of the cylinder which should be zero according to theoretical solution.
So now if anyone can suggest me a way to seek out the probable error, it will be a great help.
