There was a keynote presentation at last year's COMSOL Conference in Boston on using COMSOL for the detection of pipe leakage. Here is the video:

This particular work was authored by one of COMSOL's commercial clients, so there are no tutorials available for it. Their work uses the Pipe Flow Module. For tutorials for the Pipe Flow Module, if you do have that product on your license, go to File > Application Libraries > Pipe Flow Module. If you do not have a license for the Pipe Flow Module, you will find tutorials here instead: https://www.comsol.com/models/pipe-flow-module .

Can I design leakage detection system with acoustic sensors and valves which act as leakage detection points and and want to control manually using comsol ?
