grating resonance structure, reflection greater than 100%

Hi, I am simulating a grating resonant structure, I use the floquent peridoic condition and PORT 1 input TM wave. The incident angle is 45[degree]. But the transmittance and reflection(abs(ewfd.S11)^2) in port 1 give me really puzzling result that some part of it less than 0% and some part of it greater than 100%.! Is there anything wrong with my boundary condition?
