Getting an unexpected error

Hi all,

I am facing an error when I am running a simulation.

It says: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Internal xmesh error. Failed to find model.

I am trying to do two study steps ( with solution from first used in second, and an extra physics in the second with adaptive mesh refinement activated). What could be a reason for this? Any help is much appreciated!
