Electron Heating in COMSOL

I am trying to simulate heating through electron particle impingment in COMSOL. Can anyone help me? Ideally the electron particles are 1000, they propagate through a vacuum and collide with a tungsten block placed at an angle to direct xrays. I am open to suggestions
