comsol adaptive mesh refine

hey, i am using comsol to do some simulations of two-phase flow with interface tracking,

well, as i see, it is quite important to refine the mesh near the interface region,

i am not sure that if it possible to define a criterion (like in some range of the phase field variable) for comsol to just refine the mesh near the interface rather than an expensive global mesh refinement provided by L2 norm or an
integrated value for functional based adaption??
