Ercan Dede: Multiphysics Modeling Solutions for Advanced Vehicle Research & Development

Ercan Dede currently works as a Principal Scientist for the Toyota Research Institute of North America, where his research involves the multiphysics simulation and optimization of electromechanical systems for advanced vehicle applications. Dr. Dede received his Ph.D. and B.S., respectively, in 2007 and 1998 in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. From 1998 to 2003 he concurrently worked for Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company on spacecraft solar array and mechanisms design while earning an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering in design at Stanford University.
