Cancellation/Return policies

Bitte beachten Sie, dass durch die Anmeldebestätigung der Vertrag zustande kommt.

Sollten Sie verhindert sein, so bitten wir um umgehende schriftliche Benachrichtigung. Die Stornogebühren ab 7 Tage vor Kursbeginn betragen 25% der Anmeldegebühren. Bei Nichtteilnahme ohne vorherige Benachrichtigung sind die vollen Kursgebühren zu entrichten. Die Teilnahme einer Ersatzperson ist nach Absprache möglich.

Wir behalten uns außerdem vor, den Kurs bis zu 7 Werktage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn aus organisatorischen Gründen abzusagen. Die Veranstaltung kann auch kurzfristig ausfallen, wenn die Gründe außerhalb des Einflusses der Comsol Multiphysics GmbH liegen. In diesen Fällen werden die entrichteten Gebühren erstattet.

Please note that your seat in the course can not be confirmed until payment or a formal purchase order have been received.

Instructor-led training tuition is fully refundable if we receive written notification (via mail or e-mail) of cancellation on or before seven business days prior to the class. Cancellations made less than seven business days prior to class will be charged 25 percent of the course tuition fee. If you fail to show up to class without written notice, you will be charged the full tuition. You may send a substitute in your place to avoid a fee.

Up to 7 days prior to the event, COMSOL is able to cancel a course due to organizational reasons. In this case, or if the course cannot take place as scheduled due to circumstances beyond COMSOL's control, we will issue a full refund of the amount that you have already paid.
