Back to Events Calendar

Electrodeposition is widely used in applications such as semiconductor processing, electronics manufacturing, metal refining, and surface coatings. Modeling and simulation can be used to better understand these processes and guide experimental testing, design optimization, and process operation.

This webinar discusses the modeling capabilities in the COMSOL Multiphysics® software for electrodeposition applications. It shows how to predict current distribution, deposition rate, and coating uniformity for complex geometries under realistic operating conditions.

The webinar also covers how multiphysics effects such as flow, temperature, and deformed geometry can be included to help cell designs and optimize electrodeposition processes.
