COMSOL Modeling Seminar at EPFL

Join us for a free in-person COMSOL Modeling Seminar at EPFL Innovation Park, where you can learn how computational simulation can improve and speed up your development processes.

COMSOL Multiphysics^® is a mathematical modeling software that drives new breakthroughs in physics and engineering. The software is used in all fields of engineering, manufacturing, and scientific research for modeling multiphysics systems. The software helps the customers understand, predict, innovate, and optimize product designs and processes.

Users of the COMSOL^® software also have the ability to take simulation one large step further by using the Application Builder to create their own simulation apps based on their models, and then distribute them to collaborators within or outside of the simulation sphere.

11:15–12:00 Workflow Extension: Chatbot, Application Builder & Surrogate Model, Model Manager

Afternoon session for COMSOL Advanced users

13:30–14:00 CAD Import & Meshing

14:00–15:00 Session on selected topics (ex: Electromagnetics, Fluid Flow, Heat Transfer, Structural Mechanics, Acoustics, Chemical Eng., etc.)

15:00–15:15 Coffee Break

15:15–15:45 Optimization & Uncertainty Quantification

15:45–16:30 1-on-1 discussion & support

The presentations and materials are in English. After the presentations, COMSOL representatives will be available to answer your questions.

All attendees will get a free trial of COMSOL Multiphysics® before the event.

To register, please fill out the registration form below. The morning is for beginners, the afternoon is reserved for advanced users. You can choose whether you want to take part in the whole day or just certain sessions.

Important: If you are taking part in the afternoon, please let us know which main topic you would like to discuss. Please select the desired topic when registering.
