trouble of electric conductivity

Hello everybody,

the attached mph file illustrates the magnetic field problem we are
working on currently. There is a coil with impressed current in it and
the surrounding domain is water. Inside the coil domain (domain 2) we
take the conductivity as zero. However short time after we attempt the
solution we get the message:

"Failed to find a solution.
Matrix has zero on diagonal.
Returned solution has not converged."

If we set the conductivity of domain 2 to 0.01 then we get a solution.

Since we are solving the equation (jws-w2e)A+delXvB=Je
where
s: sigma
e:epsilon
X:cross
v: one over mu
w: radian frequency (we take it as 2pix500Hz)
w2: w squared

even if s is zero we should not get the above error message because we
have the epsilon term.

Could you please help me about it?
