Meshing techniques in comsol

I want to know if any there are any meshing techinques that can solve a complex domain consisting of extremely small and sensitive domain elements. (finer than extremely fine). I am using COMSOL Multiphysics with AC/DC module 5.3(a).

Short answer: yes, plenty. Long answer: see Chapter 8 in the Reference Manual for COMSOL Multiphysics, and watch the video on meshing in the Learning Center. There are also many blog posts on meshing, see this link as a starting point.
