can matlab function use model object methodes?

Hi all!

I'm trying to solve self-consistent problem. So on each step coefficents of my current equation depend on solution of previous equation. Coofficents depend on x variable. So I need to assign matlab function that use model object commands such as "mphinterp".
I've made connectinon to comsol server from matlab. Unfortunately I fail to run matlab function. When I try to run it, matlab command window starts. This command window doesn't know anything about model object. As I understand comsol starts second matlab when try to evaluate this func.

Is it possible to force comsol to use matlab that connected to comsol server when runing matalb func?

thanks in advance

Ilya
