Hi all,
Is it possible to create/distribute any geometry randomly inside another geometry in COMSOL?

Hi

You have a difficult issue there, I have not so far worked with randomly distributed items. I believe you must use something like MATLAB to generate your geometry. And, as you state, selection etc will be a difficult issue, if it’s not that you may select all and remove one (or a few) big rectangle(s).

So long the small rectangles do not overlap, you do not really need to make any “difference”, as normally the “default union” mode will do it for you

Good luck
