Boundary Condition

I am trying to insert a parabolic boundary condition in the inlet of my pipe flow model. The equation is like U=Umax(1-(R/Rmax)^2); I do know the value of Rmax & Umax. But R is a variable one. How can I insert these in my boundary conditions?
