How to open a built model into another built model

Hi I am trying to make a wind tunnel and simulate a convertor in to that wind tunnel.
I have already made the convertor with all its heat generation. But can anyone tell me if I want to make another model of wind tunnel and place this convertor into the another model how to do it??

I tried but failed...

Thanks for you help in advance... I have comsol 4.0

Hi

I do not believe it's possible to "load in" a partial model into another, you must rebuild it.
I supose the main cause to be because there are so many formulas and variables, that there are a fair chance that the import will generate variable name collisions and other undesired couplings

Good luck
