modelling rotating machinary

Hi
I'm trying to model a turbo machine with a rotating machinery turbulent flow. There was a problem with compiling equations which its gone by decreasing the the time step (to 0.001s) however I don't know about the the second error which it's given as:

Failed to find consistent initial values.
Segregated group 1

Matrix has zero on diagonal.
Last time step is not converged.

anyone could help me to solve this problem?
meanwhile I'm attaching the geometry of my turbo machine.

Hi

one cannot really tell like that, but it will be a heavy model, have you considered to reduce it to a quadrant and use the symmetry, fluidics need very fine mesh, that could be too your issue just now

Good luck
