comsol4.2a acoustics module

hi comsol guys
My target is to build the good human ear model using acoustics module.I am the beginner of comsol.My question is about: 1)How to start to build a model( what type of surface to be used,what are the variables to be declared, how to bring the acoustics parameter variations effectively)
2)Is there any formula to deal with this?

If anyone throws some hints about the above questions,it would be very helpful...............
