Non Isothermal - Continuous casting problem(ERROR)

Hello,

I was trying to model a 3D square billet analysis using the non isothermal flow.
Initially I had multiple errors immediately after I computed. Now, after a long time of run I get following error,


Failed to find a solution.
Divergence of the linear iterations.
Returned solution is not converged.

I tried Meshing from fine to coarse but still it takes longer time and gives the above error at the end. I guess the Boundary conditions are good. I followed the model library example for continuous casting.

Please let me know your suggestions.

If anyone knows how to model for square billet continuous casting problem, please share your knowledge.
