How could COMSOL be used to help me in the design of a MEMs acoustics pressure sensor?

Hi

I would say in all ways ;) but again what do you want to model, internal stress levels, shape versus response ...
In anycase it can quickly become quite a complex multi-physics model, so my advice: start simple one physics at the time, start in 2D or 2D-axi, then move to 3D

And do not forget to validate carefully your models with measurements on existing samples

Good luck
