Tunnel FET Modeling in COMSOL

I want to model a Tunnel Field Effect transistor in COMSOL. Can anyone help me with the modeling process ?

Hello Jeff

I want to model a tunnel fet where band to band tunneling will be introduced. But I don't understand how to do that.

Can you help me with this ? And also I was trying to model a MOSFET where the channel material will be MoS2. But after adding the MoS2 material while studying it there shows an error. Is there any process for defining the material?
