Questions for combining Mode Analysis with DC Bias

Hello,
I would like to simulate some electro-optic effects in rib waveguide structures: namely I would like to see how mode analysis will vary at a 10-Volts bias voltages. I've combined the electrostatic physics interface with the eigenwave-frequency-domain interface. Though the mode analysis is simulated properly, I'm not sure if the electrostatic field/potential calculations are actually executed:
Under the Results->ElectroStatics tab, the field profile seems not making sense, as the electric field intensity between the two biasing electrodes are almost zero. The potential across the electrodes is also not varying at different spatial points.
I wonder if there is any way I could trouble shoot the process? Thank you!
