I am an undergrad and novice in COMSOL and trying to replicate the behavior a TENS device would have while passing through tissue. I am doing so using the Hodgkin Huxley Model and circuit found in literature on the interaction the skin has with electrodes. I have accomplished simulating the Hodgkin Huxley and added the circuit, but I am having trouble integrating them both and obtain the charge density and current density through the tissue. If anyone has any tutorials or advice on how to proceed it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advanced.
