Calling custom functions into another property node

So I am re-using custom analytical functions between property nodes (for example Basic and Anisotropic Voigt). Rather than copy and pasting the functions and have them sit in both property nodes, is there a way I can just call the function (they're labelled by my and tagged as an1, an2, etc)? I'm sure it must be possible since you can call COMSOL pre-defined functions e.g. mat3.def.Cp would pull the specific heat value for material 3 anywhere into the model, regardless of location.
