Hello, when calculating the S11 of the antenna placed in the chamber using Comsol, is it calculated directly from the port or indirectly through other means?

If I understand your question correctly, then the answer is that it is "calculated directly," i.e., making use of the launched wave and the reflected wave, at that port.
