Interaction of droplet with a solid surface

I am modeling a water droplet on solid surface. For that, I am using phase field, laminar flow. But I don't understand where to add the boundary conditions, In laminar flow or phase field? And also both in the laminar flow and phase field, some properties and boundary conditions are already selected and I am unable to change them. So my question is shall I add other boundary conditions and properties based on my requirement or I can change the default conditions. If I will add new conditions, then what will happen to the default conditions? Those will still be there because i am unable to disable those. Looking forward to the response.

Thanks

Laxmi
