Jump in velocity profile before the exit from the plate reactor

I am trying to do plate model for the methane steam reforming, and for this I have used weakly compressible Navier-Stokes, convection-diffusion and convection-conduction modules in comsol, everything is running ok except I am getting an unexpected result in velocity near to exit of the plate reactor, plz see the attached jpg file of the velocity profile..anyone know why this happening..thanks

did you try refining the mesh toward the exit?

Yes I have tried everything..I have also tried it with low tolerance.
