Error in computation

I am designing a model using semiconductor module,after the computation i am getting an Error as 'Failed to find a solution.Maximum number of Newton iterations reached.Returned solution is not converged'.Can any body help me regarding my problem to overcome this..

this usually happens when the solver is trying to find a solution far away from the actual solution and thus the iterations do not converge. One way to proceed would be to estimate the solution with theory and tell Comsol to look for solutions around that analytical solution.
