"Unable to write solution data" error in parameter sweep

Hello,

I am new to COMSOL. Now I'm trying to calculate a deflection of a piezoelectric bimorph with a complex geometry when dc voltage is applied, . I have created working model which calculated good results, very close to my experiments, but when I tried to make a sweep with one of parameters the error of solver "Unable to write solution data." occured

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Ilya,

Try to close Comsol, then open model and solve again.
