Parallel distributed cluster computing logs

I was wondering if there was a way to obtain a log file for each node. I am not quite sure what tasks each node are performing as the information is a little obscure in the log generated. It seems like both nodes are trying to create the mesh. See log attached.

I also noticed that there seems to be a warning regarding the boundary layer mesh (in command line linux PBS cluster submission) which I did not get when meshing on my desktop (windows GUI). It is the exact same file and same version of comsol......what is happening?
