Automatically remesh deformed configuration during a parametric sweep

I am trying to run a parametric sweep on an axis symmetric fluid structure interaction problem. The problem involves fluid flowing from an inlet with a defined pressure. The fluid flows over an obstacle causing it to deform and then flows to the outlet which has a zero pressure condition. I am sweeping the inlet pressure from 0.1 to 1000 psi. The problem that I am having is that at around 200 psi my mesh quality drops because the deformation of the obstacle causes the nearby elements to stretch excessively. The geometry of my problem prevents me from using the sliding boundary element technique described in www.comsol.com/support/knowledgebase/970/.

I am wondering if there is a way to automatically remesh at a certain parameter value or when the mesh quality drops below a certain value.

I have attached a capture of my geometry.
